Administrative Monetary Penalty System
This is to inform you that further corrections have been made to Appendix B of Memorandum D22-1-1, Administrative Monetary Penalty System, dated April 21, 2010. Please note that certain addresses and telephone numbers have been updated to the Atlantic and Quebec regions, and four additional Southern Ontario region Client Services offices have been added in addition to an updated Client Services’ telephone number for the Windsor office.
