Anti-dumping and Countervailing Program

Please be advised that an undertaking proposal was received by the CCRA on April 15, 2002, respecting fresh tomatoes, originating in or exported from the United States of America, excluding tomatoes for processing.

The Special Import Measures Act provides an opportunity to the importer, exporter, government of the country of export or any other interested person to make representations concerning whether to accept an undertaking. Representations must be submitted within nine days from the date the undertaking offer is received. Representations must be received in this case by April 24, 2002.

The undertaking proposal is available only in English.
