Certain Steel Fuel Tanks - Notice of Preliminary Determination

Ottawa, May 3, 2004

On May 3, 2004, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain steel fuel tanks originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China and Chinese Taipei, pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act. Provisional duty will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after May 3, 2004.
