Outdoor Barbeques - Notice of Termination of Investigation

Ottawa, November 19, 2004

The President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today terminated the investigation under the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), into the dumping and subsidizing of outdoor barbeques originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China (China). Today's decision follows the preliminary determination of dumping and subsidizing made on August 27, 2004.
