The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation on November 22, 2006, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain adult incontinence briefs originating in or exported from France. The investigation follows a complaint filed by SCA North America-Canada, Inc. of Oakville, Ontario.
