On August 20, 2010, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) received undertaking proposals from exporters of greenhouse bell peppers originating in or exported from the Netherlands. These undertaking proposals have been filed in the prescribed time specified in the Special Import Measures Act, i.e. no later than sixty days after the preliminary determination of dumping made on June 21, 2010. The CBSA has notified parties to the proceedings of these undertaking proposals and is providing an opportunity for representations from the parties and from any other interested person as to the acceptability of the undertaking proposals. Any representations should be forwarded to the CBSA no later than Monday, August 30, 2010.
