Notice of Re-investigation

Electric household dishwashers and gas or electric laundry dryers

The Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced today that it has initiated a reinvestigation respecting certain electric household dishwashers and gas or electric laundry dryers, originating in or exported from the United States of America and produced by, or on behalf of, White Consolidated Industries, Inc. and Whirlpool Corporation, their respective affiliates, successors and assigns. The reinvestigation is scheduled to be concluded by October 29, 2004.
