Review of the normal values and export prices of certain stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from Brazil and the amounts of subsidy of certain stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from Brazil and India

The Canada Border Services Agency announced today that it has initiated a review respecting the normal values and export prices of certain stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from Brazil and the amount of subsidy of certain stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from Brazil and India. This review is part of the CBSA's enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's injury finding of October 27, 2000. It is anticipated that this review will be concluded on or about November 24, 2004.
