Notice of Conclusion of Review

Review of the Normal values and Export Prices of certain waterproof footwear and bottoms of plastic or rubber

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced today that it has concluded its review of the normal values and export prices of certain waterproof footwear and bottoms of plastic or rubber originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China. The review was part of the CBSA's enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's injury finding of December 8, 2000.
