The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today revised the schedule concerning its re-investigation, pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), in respect of certain flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip originating in or exported from Brazil, the People's Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, Ukraine, South Africa and India (dumping), and certain flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip originating in or exported from India (subsidizing).

Please note that the re-investigation will now be concluded on November 16, 2010. The advancement of the conclusion date has affected other deadlines within the proceeding.
