Certain Carbon and Stainless Steel Fasteners

Ottawa, December 11, 2009

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has revised the list of co-operative exporters with specific normal values for certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China and certain carbon steel and stainless steel fasteners originating in or exported from Chinese Taipei.

This notice is to advise you that normal values have been issued for products manufactured by Top Green Corporation, of Chinese Taipei, and DoRo Tools (d/b/a Phillips Midwest), of the United States of America, for goods released from customs as of October 28, 2009, and November 17, 2009, respectively.

Specific normal values for future shipments have been determined for the following cooperative exporters listed below.

PLEASE NOTE: Where the foreign manufacturer and/or exporters listed below have normal values for their goods, importers are cautioned that anti-dumping duty may still be liable. Please refer to the SIMA Self-Assessment Guide for information on how to determine the potential liability:
